The process of manufacturing from the beginning to bottling takes time, attention and care. Marinating the fish with the salt for 1 year. Open the jar everyday to get the sunlight. After marinated, you have to dip the fishsauce up to one of jar for having the same taste and filtering out several steps for a drop of sauce. So making a bottle of fishsauce takes a long time.
